Our Kids Crochet Foundations – Level 1 class is a fun and supportive introduction to crochet for children who are brand new or just getting started. In this small-group setting, students build confidence while learning essential crochet skills step by step.

What We’ll Focus On Learning:

Foundational crochet stitches and techniques that set students up for future projects.

By the End of the Month, Your Child Will Learn: How to hold the crochet hook and yarn

• Chain stitch (CH)
• Single crochet (SC)
• Slip stitch (SL ST)
• Half double crochet (HDC)
• Double crochet (DC)
• Basic crochet terms and an introduction to yarn types

Class Details:

• Monthly enrollment 1.5-hour class each week
• Small group instruction for personalized guidance

Materials Provided: Practice yarn and a crochet hook during Level 1 instruction

Not included: Materials for projects once students move beyond practice stitches. Yarn and supplies for projects must be purchased separately.

Policies & Important Information:

Tuition is due in full at registration and is non-refundable Monthly tuition is a flat rate and does not change based on the number of class days in a month

One makeup class is included per registered month, subject to space availability 

Makeup classes must be used within the same month, do not roll over, and cannot be credited or refunded

Classes require a minimum number of students; if the minimum is not met 48 hours prior to the start date, you will have the option to reschedule into another available class or receive a refund
