Refund and Exchange Policy

At Craftique Studio, we want you to have the best crafting experience possible! We're here to help you find the perfect match and ensure you're completely satisfied.

🧶 In-Store Purchases

Unused Yarn: Unwound or unused yarn is eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Trunk show items, yarn brands we no longer stock, and sale items are non-returnable.
Exclusions: Personal care goods, needles, and digital products cannot be returned.

🛍️ Online Store

Exchanges: Shipping costs to and from Craftique Studio are your responsibility, unless we made an error.
Store Credit: Eligible returns receive store credit minus any shipping charges.
Return Shipping: We strongly recommend insuring all returned items. Craftique Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

📚 Class Registrations

All class registrations are non-refundable. Your registration reserves a limited seat that cannot be offered to another student once reserved.

Private Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling

Must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, and cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
24+ hours notice: Students may reschedule once at no additional charge using the online rescheduling link sent by email.
Less than 24 hours notice: The lesson is forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.
If the instructor is present and prepared to teach, the lesson is considered delivered as scheduled, even if the student does not attend.

Make-Up Policy

Students may make up one missed class per purchased month, subject to availability.
Make-up classes should be scheduled within the same month whenever possible.
Additional missed classes cannot be credited or refunded.

Craftique Studio Right to Cancel or Modify

Craftique Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen situations. If we cancel, registered students may:
