These Terms of Service reflect the way Craftique Studio LLC operates and define our relationship with you as you interact with our products and services.

📚 Classes — Registration & Enrollment

All participants must complete the registration form. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the form and payment.
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Age Requirements: Kids' classes are designed for children ages 8–17. Children must meet age requirements to enroll.

Fees & Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of classes.
Fees are non-refundable except in cases where Craftique Studio cancels a class.
Please contact us if you cannot attend — we'll do our best to coordinate with you.

Code of Conduct

Participants of all ages are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disrespectful behavior may result in a warning; repeated incidents may lead to dismissal without a refund.

Safety & Liability

Safety guidelines specific to each class will be communicated and must be followed.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their child's safety before, during, and after classes.
Craftique Studio LLC, its employees, and instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation.

Health & Medical Conditions

Participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must inform Craftique Studio of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. We will make reasonable accommodations based on the information provided.

Photography & Publicity

Craftique Studio reserves the right to photograph or videotape classes for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant permission for such images and videos to be used on our social media platforms, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Changes & Cancellations

Craftique Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to notify participants in advance.

Communication

Class updates are communicated primarily via email, phone, or text message. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

Parental Consent

By enrolling a child in classes at Craftique Studio LLC, parents or legal guardians acknowledge they have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County's jurisdiction.

👶 Unattended Children Policy

Craftique Studio LLC does not provide supervision for children outside of scheduled class times. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises.

Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their child's safety and behavior on the premises.
Disruptive behavior may result in a request for the parent or guardian to immediately attend to their child.
By allowing your child to be unattended, you waive any claims against Craftique Studio LLC for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
Emergency contact information must be provided and kept up to date.

🛍️ Customer Damage Policy

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any damages they cause to merchandise, fixtures, or the store premises.
Reporting: If an item is accidentally broken or damaged, please inform a staff member immediately.
Compensation: Customers may be required to compensate for damaged items based on the retail price or cost of repair.
Safety: Please handle all items with care and follow posted safety guidelines.
Store Rights: We reserve the right to request compensation or deny service in cases of intentional or reckless damage.
