In-Store Purchases:
- Unused Yarn: Unwound or unused yarn purchased in-store is eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Trunk show items, yarn brands we no longer stock, and sale items are non-returnable.
- Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care goods, needles, and digital products.
Online Store:
- Exchanges: When exchanging yarn, shipping costs to and from Craftique Studio will be your responsibility, unless we made an error with your order.
- Store Credit: If your return is eligible for store credit, you will receive the cost of the item minus any shipping charges.
- Return Shipping: We strongly recommend that you insure all returned items. Craftique Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Please inspect your delivery within 72 hours for any damages or if there’s a mistake in your order. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately.
- Needles and Hooks: Most manufacturers offer their own lifetime guarantees for needles and hooks, which can be found on their websites.
