Terms and Conditions for Products and Classes at our store

These Terms of Service and Conditions reflects the way our store (Craftique Studio LLC) works. As a result, these Terms of Service help define our relationship with you (The Customer) as you interact with our products and services. These terms and conditions are described under the sections below.

Registration and Enrollment:

• All participants must complete the registration form for individual attending classes.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the registration form and payment of the required fees.
• Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Age Requirements:

• For parents: classes are designed for children between 8 and 17 years old]. Children must meet the specified age requirements to enroll.

Class Schedule and Attendance:

• The class schedule, including dates, times, and duration, will be provided upon enrollment.
• Regular attendance is expected. 

Fees and Payment:

• Payment and/or any additional charges are outlined at the time of registration.
• Payments must be made in full prior to the start of classes.
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases where Craftique Studio cancels a class. Please contact us if you won't be able to attend, and we will more that happy to coordinate with you.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants (all ages)  are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
• Disrespectful behavior may result in a warning, and repeated incidents may lead to dismissal from the class without a refund.

Safety and Liability:

• Craftique Studio LLC prioritizes the safety of all participants. Safety guidelines specific to each class will be communicated and must be followed.
• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their child's safety and well-being before, during, and after classes.
• Craftique Studio LLC, its employees, and instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of participation in classes.

Health and Medical Conditions:

• It is the responsibility of participants, parents or legal guardians (for kids) to inform Craftique Studio LLC of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect customer's participation.
• Craftique Studio LLC will make reasonable accommodations based on the information provided.

Photography and Publicity:

• Craftique Studio LLC reserves the right to photograph or videotape classes for promotional purposes. By completing the enrollment, you grant permission of such images and videos  to be used in our social media platforms, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Changes and Cancellations:

• Craftique Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to notify participants of changes in advance.

Communication:

• Communication regarding classes, schedules, and any updates will primarily be done via email phone, or text message. It is the responsibility of customer to ensure contact information is accurate and up to date.

Parental Consent:

• By enrolling their child(s) in classes at Craftique Studio LLC, parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County's  jurisdiction.

Supervision Policy:

• Craftique Studio LLC does not provide supervision for children outside of scheduled class times.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while in the shop premises.

Unattended Children:

• Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for their child's safety and behavior while on the shop premises.
• Craftique Studio LLC does not assume responsibility for supervising unattended children or their actions.

Conduct and Behavior:

• Children are expected to behave appropriately and follow all posted rules and guidelines.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior by unattended children may result in a request for the parent or legal guardian to immediately attend to their child.

Liability Waiver:

• By allowing their child to be unattended on the shop premises, parents or legal guardians agree to waive any claims against Craftique Studio LLC, its employees, or affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
• This includes but is not limited to injuries resulting from accidents, interactions with equipment or materials, or interactions with other individuals on the premises.

Emergency Contact Information:

• Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information in case of any incident involving their child.
• Craftique Studio LLC will contact the provided emergency contact if necessary, but it is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to respond promptly.

Health and Safety:

• Craftique Studio LLC maintains a safe environment, but it cannot guarantee the safety or well-being of unattended children.
• Parents or legal guardians should educate their children about safety measures and appropriate conduct while in public spaces.

Communication:

• Craftique Studio LLC may contact the parent or legal guardian if there are concerns about their child's behavior or safety.
• It is essential for parents or legal guardians to keep their contact information up to date and respond promptly to any notifications from Craftique Studio LLC.

Acknowledgment:

• By allowing their child to be unattended on the shop premises, parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read and understand these terms and conditions.

We strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience for all our customers. To maintain this environment, we have established the following policy regarding damages caused by customers: 

1. Responsibility for Damages: Customers are responsible for any damages they cause to merchandise, fixtures, or any part of the store premises. 

2. Reporting Damages: If an item is accidentally broken or if any damage occurs, please inform a staff member immediately. We understand that accidents happen and will handle the situation as fairly as possible. 

3. Compensation for Damages: Customers may be required to compensate for the cost of any damaged items or repairs needed due to damage caused by their actions. The amount will be determined based on the retail price of the item or the cost of repair. 

4. Safety and Conduct: To prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all customers, we ask that you handle all items with care and follow any posted safety guidelines within the store. 

5. Store Rights: We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including requesting compensation or denying service, in cases of intentional or reckless damage. By entering and shopping in our store, you agree to comply with this policy.
