📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During high‑volume periods (new yarn drops, seasonal events, or community markets), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
  • Custom or made‑to‑order items will include their own estimated timelines on the product page.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times vary based on the carrier and your location, but typical estimates are:

Standard - 3–7 business days

Expedited - 2–3 business days

Priority - 1–2 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🎁 Local Pickup (Cypress, TX)

Craftique Studio offers free local pickup at our shop.

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
  • Pickup hours follow our regular store schedule.

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, Craftique Studio ships within the United States only.

📮 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

We do not add handling fees — you pay only what the carrier charges.

📦 Packaging

We take care to package your items securely and beautifully.
Whenever possible, we use recyclable or reusable materials to reduce waste.

🧶 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
  • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link for updates.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
  • Lost packages may require a claim with the carrier; we’ll assist however we can.

🔄 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Craftique Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
