Summer Soul Top

A Make With Me for Your First Knit Garment

🧶
$15 total all 3 sessions · with yarn purchase in store
$15 / session with outside materials · $45 total

Your first garment — made with confidence.

The Summer Soul Top is a beautiful, beginner-friendly tank worked in garter stitch from the top down — no seams, no complicated shaping, just clean technique and a wearable result you'll be proud of. Designer Julia Piro created it specifically for knitters ready to take that first step into garment making.

Over three Tuesday evenings at Craftique Studio, we'll work through the pattern together — step by step, stitch by stitch. You'll leave each session with progress on your needles and the know-how to keep going.

Our Top Pick
Sandnes Garn Line
53% Cotton · 33% Viscose · 14% Linen
DK · 120 yds / 50g · Machine washable

A Norwegian summer classic. Linen gives it structure, viscose adds a subtle sheen, and cotton keeps it breathable — ideal for Houston summers.

Universal Yarn Bamboo Pop
50% Cotton · 50% Bamboo
DK · 292 yds / 100g · Machine washable

Soft, silky, and incredibly affordable. Bamboo gives it lovely drape and a gentle sheen — great stitch definition and a joy to knit.

Círculo Charme
100% Mercerized Brazilian Virgin Cotton
Sport/DK · 433 yds / 150g · Machine washable

Silky-smooth Brazilian cotton with a luminous finish. Incredible yardage per skein, a vibrant color palette, and OEKO-TEX certified.

Held Together
Luxe Option
Círculo Bohemia + KFO Pure Silk
Bohemia: 60% Merino · 30% Mulberry Silk · 10% Superkid Mohair  |  Pure Silk: 100% Bourette Silk
Lace + Fingering held together ≈ DK · Hand wash

The most elevated option on the list. Bohemia's merino-silk-mohair halo pairs with Pure Silk's matte texture for a fabric that's whisper-light and luminous. A top that looks like it came from a boutique.
